SHIPPING

We currently ship in Romania only.

Shipping time

For Romania, shipping time can take up to 5 business days. Once we ship the order, we will contact you with information about estimated delivery time from our shipping service and, if available, an AWB to track it. For out of stock products, you can sign up to the newsletter or follow us on Facebook to learn of new available stock. The production process varies, from 2 weeks to up to 3 months for custom or unique products. During annual busy times, like Christmas or Easter, delivery might be delayed due to the delivery service delayed pickup or delivery time. While we regret this nuisance, it is so much we can do to speed up the pickup or the delivery and we cannot guarantee its arrival in time. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please contact us to schedule an urgent or expedited delivery – prices might vary depending on the delivery service price for urgent expeditions.

Delivery costs

The displayed price for each product does not include delivery costs, which might vary from one product to another. Once you checkout, we will also add an estimation of the delivery price according to international or local prices from our delivery services. The final price might also include additional taxes for handling heavy packages (some of our products weigh as much as 5 to 7 kg).

Delivery mishandlings

We pack our products as carefully as possible and use dampening material in order to avoid damage from handling. While we cannot be held accountable for accidents happening during delivery, we strongly advise you to not accept the delivery, if the package seems damaged. It will be returned automatically by the delivery service and we will of course send you a new one, free of charge. If you have already accepted the damaged package, the product is damaged and you ask for a replacement, we will replace the product free of charge, but you will need to cover the shipping costs for product’s return. RETURNS

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order any time until it ships, with full reimbursement of the payment. An order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped. Please send you cancellation to hello@unikoti.com (note to include the order email received so we can easily track your order, or include the order number in your email).

Returns and refunds

If you find major production flaws you can return the product at any time during the 14 day period and either receive a replacement or a full reimbursement. Please email us at hello@unikoti.com with photos and a short story of the problem, and we will inform you on the next steps. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your international shipping charges. The reimbursement/replacement will be sent once the return package has been received. It might take up and additional up to 14 business days to be processed.

Returns and refunds for limited edition products

We have a 14 days return and refund policy for our limited edition products. During this period, you can ship back the product (in its original package and with all its original contents), and we will reimburse the costs of the products. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. The reimbursement/replacement will be sent once the return package has been received. Returns and refunds for custom or unique products

We do not have a return and refund policy for custom or unique products and we will discuss them in a case by case matter. The creative and production process for custom products is resource intensive and time consuming, so we cannot fulfill refunds that are not highly demonstrable and obvious flaws of the products compared with the clients’ briefing or the final agreed.  

PAYMENT

Final price of the products

The displayed price for each product does not include delivery costs, which might vary from one product to another. At checkout, we will also add an estimation of the delivery price according to prices from our delivery services.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery, available for Romania only: once the order is placed, you will receive an estimation for delivery. You will pay the products at delivery. After receiving your order we will send an electronic bill to your e-mail account. If for any reason you need a different payment method, please contact us to discuss alternatives.

Billing and fiscal information

For each order you will receive a fiscal bill standard with Romanian legislation. Both billing for individuals and companies are available. Since our company is not a VAT payer according to the Romanian/EU legislation, there is no VAT included in your bill.
